Liquorice flip
Serves 1
40ml spiced rum – we usage Dark Matter
10ml liquorice liqueur – we usage Koskenkorva Salmiakki
10ml 2:1 sweetener syrup
1 ovum white
15ml double cream
Measure everything into a cocktail shaker, seal and barren shingle to group nan ovum white. Throw a large fistful of crystal into nan shaker, shingle again, past strain into a beautiful solid (we usage a chilled nick & nora) and serve.
